I just have a question: Is there any size limits to the Avatars? If not then I may just use my old Halo Legendary icon from HWS.

Yes, the maximum is 150x200
the suggested size is 100x120

well i was just wondering if anyone can make this:

freeze after every loop and say "Woohoo Water effects!" and loop it continuously, if not its alright.
